The Garden City Marriott in Long Island, New York was constructed by Duraframe Steel Framing Solutions. Duraframe’s portion of the work was completed late 2019, and the overall project opened to the public in spring 2020. Our light gauge metal framing solutions were utilized throughout the building. Duraframe provided thousands of pounds of prefabricated load bearing light gauge metal framing wall panels and shipped them directly to the work-site for installation.
