A major force behind the building’s structural success was Duraframe, a leader in light gauge metal framing solutions. Brought on early in the construction phase, Duraframe played a pivotal role in delivering the structural backbone of the project through its prefabricated wall panel systems. By the end of 2023, Duraframe had completed its portion of the work, supplying and installing an extraordinary 350,000 square feet of load-bearing and shear wall panels, all precisely manufactured off-site.
